From a resident of Alushta recovered debt on the lease of state land

The bailiffs recovered from the resident of Alushta arrears on rent payments for the land plot. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

According to the department, the woman rented a land plot from the state, but eventually stopped paying, and the city administration appealed to the court, which ordered her to repay a debt in the amount of 261 thousand rubles. Voluntarily, the tenant did not do this, so the bailiff of the department in Alushta initiated enforcement proceedings.

Within its framework, the bank accounts of the debtor were arrested, a ban on registration actions with non-residential premises belonging to her was imposed and travel abroad was temporarily restricted. Subsequently, the debt was repaid in full at the expense of funds received on the arrested accounts.
