Tomsk couple detained with 57 grams of “salt” and mephedrone

In Tomsk detained a couple suspected of drug trafficking.

According to operational information, police stopped the car of a local resident born in 1994. In the cabin found and seized 0.94 grams of drugs, packaging materials and high-precision electronic scales. At the time of detention, Tomich’s minor daughter was in the car, so her mother was called to the scene in 1996. During the transfer of the child, the man managed to give the partner a sign - she hurried home to destroy the drugs stored there.

However, operatives were already aware of the second batch and were waiting for a woman at home. She collected the banned substance and took it to the street, where she was met by police. The examination confirmed that all seized - "salt" and mephedrone with a total weight of more than 57 grams.

The head of the family was engaged in criminal activities in the region for more than a year and distributed goods from hand to hand. A criminal case has been opened on violations.
