IC St. Petersburg found out the circumstances of the abduction of a student group of teenagers

The investigator of the department for the Frunze district of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg is investigating a criminal case of extortion and kidnapping of a schoolboy. The suspects are a group of teenagers. Four guys and one girl have already been detained, the press service of the IC of St. Petersburg reported.

As it was established during the investigation, on the afternoon of October 22, a group of teenagers aged 15-16 years attacked a schoolboy near the house on Kupchinskaya. Using violence, the conspirators pushed the boy into the car and deprived him of freedom of movement. However, the student was still able to report what was happening, thanks to which the police released him from the car.

The teenagers intimidated the boy and extorted money from him. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for detainees is being resolved.

In Kupchino, a group of teenagers, according to police, for several weeks extorted money from a 12-year-old boy, forcing him to beg from motorists. The story came to the abduction of a child in a car.

Later, the story was interested in Alexander Bastrykin, head of the IC. He instructed the acting head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for St. Petersburg Vladimir Kozlov to prepare a report on the current state of the investigation and the revealed facts in the criminal case.
