Neighbor provocateur harasses families with children for years

Residents of an apartment building on Lesnoy Street in Asbestos, Sverdlovsk region, appealed for help because of a long-standing conflict with a neighbor.

According to the residents, the man systematically provokes quarrels with families where there are children, and people’s reactions are filmed in order to subsequently seek compensation through the court, the Telegram channel 112 reports.

One of the residents, a mother of three children, said that the neighbor insults the children, shoots them on the phone and deliberately leads parents to emotional reactions. In January this year, when the woman was pregnant, a neighbor pushed her down the stairs – the victim was hospitalized with the threat of miscarriage.

Then the father of the family, a participant in a special military operation, tried to talk to a conflict neighbor, but he started a fight, after which he wrote a statement to the police. Neighbors claim that conflicts are repeatedly resolved not in their favor, and the man has already sued moral compensation from two families.
