In St. Petersburg, the champion of Europe in field hockey, Elizaveta Dianova, lost the trial to a 79-year-old pensioner who took her housing according to the “Dolina scheme”. It was reported to RIAMO.
So, four years ago, the girl bought from an elderly woman a two-room apartment on Vasilievsky Island for 7.3 million rubles. Before the deal, the pensioner passed all the checks with doctors and confirmed that she was completely healthy.
Immediately after the sale, the woman went to court. She claimed that she was deceived by telephone fraudsters, to whom she gave all the millions. Courts of all instances sided with the elderly woman and returned her apartment.
The pensioner was obliged to return the athlete money, but her pension is only 30 thousand rubles. By the way, at this rate, it will pay off the debt for 150 years. Moreover, according to the victim, the former mistress is now urgently rewriting her other real estate and land to relatives so that they could not be taken away.
As a result, Elizabeth was left without savings and now lives in rented housing. During the trials, she also spent another half a million rubles, paying for other people's utilities. Now the girl is going to complain to the Supreme Court.
