In Yekaterinburg banned the operation of unregistered sailing-motor vessels.
The Railway District Court of Yekaterinburg satisfied the claim of the Sverdlovsk Transport Prosecutor’s Office – the operation of the sailing-motor vessels Komatek and Igor Kirnos was banned until the violations were eliminated. This is reported by the press service of the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office.
During the inspection, it turned out that the ships are used for commercial transportation of passengers, but not registered in the prescribed manner. In addition, their technical condition and suitability for operation are not confirmed by mandatory examination.
The Sverdlovsk transport prosecutor demanded that the owners stop using the courts before all the violations are eliminated. The court upheld the prosecutor's demands.
Earlier, MK-Ural wrote that the Sverdlovsk prosecutor’s office through arbitration seeks to recognize illegal buildings and dismantle piers belonging to JSC “Government Yacht Club Komatek”. As follows from the materials of the case in the files of the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region, the deputy prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region appealed to arbitration with a claim to JSC “Government Yacht Club Komatek” on the recognition of structures as unauthorized buildings and the assignment to Komatek of the obligation to demolish them.
