A resident of the Tula region paid a criminal fine of 150 thousand rubles after bailiffs limited her travel abroad and arrested money in a bank account. The woman was convicted for fictitious registration of a foreign citizen, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the FSSP in the region.
The enforcement proceedings were under the control of the bailiffs’ department of the Suvorov and Belevsky districts. However, the 60-year-old convict ignored the court's request and made no attempts to pay off the debt.
Then the bailiff issued a decree on a temporary ban on the departure of the debtor from Russia and the arrest of funds in her bank account. These measures prompted the woman to pay the full amount. After repayment of the debt, restrictions were lifted, and enforcement proceedings were completed.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” wrote that the police found in the region two “rubber apartments”, where fictitiously registered 11 foreigners. So, in the Kireevsky district, the district found out that a 31-year-old resident of Lipok registered six foreign citizens in his apartment on Oktyabrskaya Street, but in fact he did not provide them with housing.
