Tulyachka returned through the court more than 234 thousand rubles for the failed tour in the UAE
The Soviet district court of Tula ordered the tour operator LLC “GorTravel” to pay a local resident 234 767 rubles for a failed trip to the United Arab Emirates

The Soviet district court of Tula ordered the tour operator LLC “GorTravel” to pay a local resident 234 767 rubles for a failed trip to the United Arab Emirates. The amount included money for the tour, compensation for moral damage and a fine.
As the court established, on February 27, 2026, the woman concluded a contract with Level Travel LLC for a trip to the UAE for four people. The tour was scheduled for the period from 6 to 11 March, and its cost was 375 929 rubles. The client contributed the entire amount, while the tour operator under the contract was GorTravel LLC.
However, the trip did not take place. Amid security threats, military and terrorist actions, the closure of airspace and the cancellation of flights, the trip had to be canceled.
On March 3, the woman filed a claim demanding to terminate the contract and return the money. The tour operator returned 226,162 rubles to her, but left another 149,767 rubles unpaid. Then the tuna went to court.
When considering the case, the court took into account that the trip was not the fault of the tour operator. Therefore, the claim for the penalty was not satisfied. At the same time, the court decided to return the remainder of the tour cost and partially satisfied the other claims of the plaintiff.
By the decision of October 21, 2026, GorTravel LLC was charged 149,767 rubles for the tour, 10 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage and a fine of 75 thousand rubles. The total amount was 234 767 rubles. The rest of the requirements for GorTravel were refused. The lawsuit against Level Travel LLC was also not satisfied.
In addition, GorTravel LLC collected 8,493 rubles of state duty to the budget of Tula.
The court decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
