The participant of the shooting on the bus stole a gun from the crime scene
The participant of the shooting in the cabin of the bus, which occurred in January this year in the center of Moscow, received a conviction for theft of weapons

As MK reported at the time, an unpleasant incident occurred on the Big Masons Street on January 15. A group of teenagers was traveling on a C856 bus. Another young man, about 16 years old, watched teenagers with interest, and then suddenly began filming them with a mobile phone camera. Friends did not like it, they demanded to delete the record, then began to take away his gadget. In response, the bullying guy took out an Ansar signal gun and opened fire. Two teenagers were injured. The bus stopped, the company jumped out onto the street, where the brawl continued. In the heat of the fight, the gun fell from the hands of the owner and ended up on the asphalt. One of his opponents quietly picked up a weapon and took him home. But he did not have to hide the gun for a long time - the police determined by video cameras who took Ansar, and came to the kidnapper with a search.
The Tagansky court sentenced the guy to 4 years of suspended imprisonment with a probation period of 3.5 years.
