In Adygea, two tourists fell into the canyon near the Sakhrai waterfalls

In Adygea, in the area of Sakhrai waterfalls, two tourists broke into the river canyon from a height of about 80 meters: one of them died, the second was evacuated and handed over to doctors. This is stated in the message of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic, published in the channel of the department in Max.

As specified in the rescue Department, information about the incident in the Maikop district was received by the regional main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations; as a result of the fall, unfortunately, one person died.

The second victim was removed from the river canyon with a rope and handed over to doctors. The height of the fall was about 80 meters.

Meanwhile, investigators joined the check: according to the SU IC of the Russian Federation for Adygea, they left for the scene.
