In Alexandrov, a man fired from a hollowed machine gun in the yard of a residential building

The Prosecutor’s office of the city of Alexandrov approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 50-year-old local resident. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with the use of an object used as a weapon).

According to investigators, on the evening of September 12, the accused, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication in his apartment, was dissatisfied with loud music coming from the yard. Going out on the balcony, he opened fire from a calcified Kalashnikov assault rifle in the direction of the holiday company, in which there were children.

Despite the fact that this weapon shoots light-sonic cartridges and is not designed to hit the target, the actions of the man created a real threat to the life and health of people. The criminal case was sent to the Alexander City Court for consideration on the merits. The accused pleads not guilty.
