In Alushta, under the control of bailiffs, unauthorized gates and fences along the perimeter of three land plots were dismantled. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
According to the department, a local resident without permission put the structures on the sites that belong to another resident of the city. The woman appealed to the court, and the man was obliged to demolish the buildings, but voluntarily he did not. The bailiff of the Alushta department initiated executive proceedings, subsequently combined into a consolidated one.
For the late execution of court decisions, the debtor was charged an executive fee for a total amount of 30 thousand rubles, and also brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 17.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a fine of 1 thousand rubles. The man didn't react.
Then the bailiff invited the claimant to independently fulfill the requirements of the executive document. The woman took advantage of this right and attracted one of the construction companies of the city. The dismantling work was carried out under the supervision of the bailiff in the presence of the debtor and the claimant, after which an act on the execution of court decisions was drawn up. Costs for the services of specialists will be collected from the debtor in a compulsory manner.
