In the Donetsk People’s Republic, a 74-year-old woman applied to the duty unit of the Russian MIA Amvrosievsky. The pensioner said that the stranger under the pretext of “declaration” took possession of funds in the amount of 390,000 rubles.
The police found that the swindler introduced herself as an employee of the MFC and convinced the pensioner to provide personal data. Law enforcement officers detained the attacker. She was a 45-year-old resident of a neighboring region of the Russian Federation. She confessed, she faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to six years with a fine of up to 80 thousand rubles.
