The Arkhangelsk regional court announced the verdict against the Arkhangelsk resident, previously convicted for crimes against sexual immunity. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the Arkhangelsk region.
In 2018, the Lomonosov District Court of Arkhangelsk found Anton Kolesnikov, born in 1988, guilty of unlawful actions against a 15-year-old girl with the use of violence and the threat of murder.
The attacker found on the Internet a girl who dreamed of a part-time job, and offered a job as a photographer. On the morning of February 12, 2018, he met with her at an apartment building in Arkhangelsk and, under the pretext of transferring documents, offered to go to the room where he attacked the child, threatening with a knife, stripped the frightened girl, touched her and performed other actions. When the child was free, she ran away to school and told the teacher. After the experience, the girl experienced a severe nervous shock and was treated.
Kolesnikov was released in February 2026 after serving his sentence. Two months later, he found a potential victim online. Earlier, he explained that he could not suppress the desire to attack the child.
Having lured a teenage girl who wanted to find a part-time job, who offered cleaning services, the pedophile, left with her alone, threatening to kill her, forced her to partially undress, then released her.
Actions of a sexual nature with the use of violence or the threat of its use against a child committed by a previously convicted person for a crime against sexual integrity is a particularly serious crime. The law provides for punishment from 15 to 20 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
Taking into account the characterizing data and the requirements of the law, the court appointed the offender 15 years of imprisonment in a special regime colony. The sentence has not yet entered into force.
