The search took place at the man's place of residence. The police found and seized two bushes of the plant of the genus cannabis (cannabis), which grew in the ground. In addition, dried parts of plants were found - leaves and stems.
They were stored in a metal pelvis and cardboard box. Law enforcement officers also seized a homemade device for the consumption of drugs. According to experts, the seized plant materials with a total weight of 685.2 grams contain a narcotic drug.
During the trial, the man pleaded guilty. He explained that in February of this year he found cannabis seeds, and in May planted them in a greenhouse. According to him, he collected and dried parts of plants in late August and early September for further use.
The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bakhchisarai district opened a criminal case against the citizen. The sanction of the article provides for punishment up to 20 years of imprisonment. Currently, the defendant is under a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
