In Berdyansk, a drug depositor was caught

In Berdyansk, law enforcement officers stopped the activities of a man who distributed drugs through caches.

Employees of the Department for Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Berdyansky” detained a 48-year-old local resident – he was suspected of selling prohibited substances. Information about illegal activities was received as part of the action “Messages where they sell death”.

During the arrest, the man noticed signs of drug intoxication. During the inspection, electronic scales with traces of white matter and packages were found in his home. The detainee himself admitted that he packaged drugs and placed them in hiding places around the city: he received a proposal for such “earnings” through the messenger.

In the phone of the defendant found a photo with the locations of the caches – on these landmarks, the police seized six convolutions wrapped in tape. The examination confirmed that they contained methylephedron with a total weight of 2.82 grams - this is a large size.

A criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which provides for punishment up to 20 years of imprisonment.
