In Biysk, the recidivist “went for tea” to the pensioner and robbed her

It all started with the fact that the local office asked for help 79-year-old citizen. The pensioner said that about 11 thousand rubles disappeared from her bank account.

The police quickly identified the suspect. She was a 43-year-old previously convicted resident of Biysk. The attacker told the police that she met the victim on the territory of one of the garden associations of the science city. Seeing the pensioner at the cottage, the detainee approached the fence and asked for a glass of water. A friendly woman invited a stranger to the house and drank tea.

The women started talking. During the conversation, the recidivist introduced herself as a neighbor in the country and asked the victim for a very urgent and important call. As soon as the gadget fell into the hands of the attacker, she quickly went to the bank application and transferred money from the pensioner’s card, after which she left.

A couple of hours later, the woman again came to the hospitable summer lady and asked for tea. When the hostess was distracted, the attacker again took her phone and transferred more money from the account of an elderly woman. This time it’s my friend’s bank card.

During the interrogation, the woman fully confessed to what she had done. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph "d" of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed from a bank account). The attacker faces punishment up to six years in prison. In relation to the defendant, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
