In Bryansk, an 18-year-old driver of a LADA Granta car hit two children aged three and four at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. The accident occurred on October 22 at 17:40. The youngest child was hospitalized.
According to preliminary information, the driver was moving from Minin Street in the direction of 3rd International Street. There were no state registration plates on the car. At the crossing, the car ran over two underage pedestrians who crossed the road from right to left in the direction of the car.
As a result of the accident, a three-year-old child received injuries of varying severity and was taken to a medical facility. A four-year-old child was given medical care, after which they were allowed to continue treatment at home.
A case on an administrative offense was initiated on the fact of an accident.
