In Bryansk, horse owners warned about the responsibility for self-driving
Specialists of the district administration updated the register of farmsteads.

In the Volodarsky district of Bryansk, an inspection of the farmsteads, where livestock are kept, is being completed. The owners of horses were reminded of the new rules: animals left for self-range will be seized, and the costs of catching and maintaining will have to be reimbursed by the owners.
Specialists of the district administration updated the register of farmsteads. Previously, there were 26 households with horses, but now their number has grown to 31. The list includes addresses, information about the livestock and owner data.
The owners were given memos and explained the consequences of violating the rules of keeping animals. To return the seized horse, the owner will need to fully pay for its capture, transportation, maintenance and care.
Each of the warned residents signed the register, confirming that he was familiar with the new requirements.
