In the Pogarsky district of the Bryansk region, police discovered the theft of an electric bicycle worth more than 70 thousand rubles. The vehicle was seized and returned to the owner.

A local resident reported the bicycle missing to the police. During the day, law enforcement officers identified a suspect - an 18-year-old young man who had no problems with the law.

According to police, the guy took advantage of the fact that the owner fell asleep on the bench, and took the electric bike to get to Pochep. After that, he hid the transport at the cottage of relatives and confessed to what he had done.
