In the village of Zadnaya, Kletnyansky district, at the request of the environmental prosecutor's office, the fence is dismantled, which restricts citizens' access to the lake and forest areas.

The inspection showed that the tenant of forest areas set up a fence near the reservoir in violation of the requirements of water legislation and fire safety. The fence prevented the free passage of residents to the lake and forest.

The environmental prosecutor's office appealed to the court with a claim to dismantle the fence. The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority.
