In Buryatia, a previously convicted man was detained for stealing an electric shirt

In the Barguzinsky district of Buryatia, police on hot trail uncovered theft of a power tool from a non-residential building. The suspect was a 39-year-old resident of Tarbagatai district, previously convicted of theft.

A 50-year-old resident of the village of Maximikha addressed the police. The man said that from his former store, an electric jacket worth 12 thousand rubles disappeared. When inspecting the facility, the owner found a broken-in front door.

According to investigators, the suspect came to the district to work in the summer, and in October was going to return home. Before leaving, he and his friends drank alcohol in the car near the former store. The man climbed over the fence, with the help of scrap pressed the door and stole the tool, then returned to the car, telling the companions that he had taken his own thing.

A vigilant neighbor helped solve the crime, who informed police about a suspicious car near the building. The orientation was transferred to outdoor outfits, and soon traffic police officers stopped the car in the Baikal district. The suspect was detained and taken to Barguzin district. The stolen electric jacket was seized, the man pleaded guilty.

A criminal case has been opened. A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against the defendant.
