In the village of Ust-Kamchatsk, Kamchatka Territory, a criminal case was opened against a married couple due to the purchase of a motorcycle. This was reported in the SC for the region.

According to investigators, the parents bought a 16-year-old son motorcycle, which accelerates faster than 50 kilometers per hour. Such equipment can be operated only with the rights of category "A".

Adults knew the teenager wanted to drive on public roads. However, he did not study, did not pass the exam and did not receive a certificate. Despite this, they gave him the motorcycle.

The tragedy occurred on October 10 on the road Debarkader – Weather. The young man failed to manage, drove off the track and crashed into a road sign. He died of injuries on the spot. Parents are accused under article on involvement of a minor in life-threatening activities.
