On Victory Day, Kpneshem man stabbed a teenager on a moped

The Kineshem City Court sentenced a 38-year-old local resident. The man was found guilty of intentional infliction of serious harm to the health of a minor, this is part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The incident occurred on the evening of May 9. While intoxicated, the defendant made a remark to a group of teenagers riding mopeds on the roadway. The remark escalated into a verbal spat and then into a fight. During the fight, the man took out a tourist knife and hit one of the teenagers in the stomach.

Taking into account all the circumstances, the court sentenced the man to 4 years in prison. The sentence has not entered into force.
