In Yelets at night, the company was noisy and turned on music at a public transport stop on Kostenko Street. When the 19-year-old, returning home about three in the morning, asked them to turn down and reduce the sound, they did not respond. Then the villager decided to use an aerosol gun and shot at a 44-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Lipetsk region, the actions of the guy decided to qualify as hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He faces maximum imprisonment for up to 7 years. What threatens the noisy company is not reported.
