In Energodar revealed theft of property from an apartment for 100 thousand rubles

In Energodar, police uncovered theft from an apartment with damage of 100 thousand rubles.

A statement about the loss of property in the duty part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Energodarsky” was addressed by a local resident. According to the investigation, the attackers took out of the apartment two TV sets, a set of tools, a coffee machine, two sports bikes, a vacuum cleaner, alcoholic beverages and items of clothing.

During the operational-search activities, the criminal investigation officers established the involvement of two residents of Energodar - men born in 1984 and 1973. The suspects were taken to the police station, where they gave confessions. Part of the abducted — two TV sets, a set of tools, a coffee machine, bicycles and a vacuum cleaner — the police seized; in the near future, the property will be returned to the owner.

On the fact of theft, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph "a" of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which provides for a punishment of up to six years in prison.
