Administrative materials have been prepared for the adolescent and his legal representatives. This was reported in the press service of the interior Ministry in the Crimea.
The department noted that the young man drove a moped after 22:00, which violates the temporary ban on the movement of motor vehicles at night. In addition, the teenager did not have the right to drive a vehicle, and he moved without a protective helmet, endangering his life and health.
According to the results of the inspection in respect of a minor driver, administrative materials were compiled under several articles of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Also, the staff of the juvenile affairs unit compiled administrative material in relation to the legal representatives of the adolescent.
The teenager and his family had a preventive conversation. They were explained the legal consequences of such actions and the inadmissibility of violating the law.
The driver was removed from driving the vehicle. The moped was detained and placed in a specialized parking lot in accordance with the established procedure.
Restrictions on night movement of motor vehicles in the Crimea have been in force since June 17, 2026. Initially, the decree of the head of the republic Sergey Aksyonov banned the use of tricycles, ATVs, mopeds, pit bikes, scooters and motorcycles from 20:00 to 06:00, but later the start time of the restrictions was postponed to 22:00.
Such measures were introduced to ensure public security, protection of military and important state facilities. Assistant to the head of the Crimea Olga Kurlaeva did not rule out that some motorcyclists can specially create noise interference to disorient technical means of protection during unmanned danger.
