In Hot Key, the prosecutor’s office has achieved a recalculation of the salary of the former math teacher of school No. 3. After the inspection, she was paid more than 45 thousand rubles, the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar Territory reported.

The inspection revealed that the woman worked as a math teacher and then resigned of her own accord. Upon dismissal, she was paid compensation for unused leave for the period from November 1, 2024 to April 14, 2025.

However, the employer did not count the salary for the time worked. The reason was the absence of an additional agreement to change the mandatory terms of the employment contract.

After the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, the violation was eliminated and the teacher was paid more than 45 thousand rubles. In addition, the prosecutor's office opened an administrative offence case against the responsible school official. The court fined him 10,000 rubles.

Krasnodar took 57th place in Russia in terms of salaries, Novorossiysk took 44th place.
