In Ivanovo found an electric biker who injured a schoolboy

Employees of the regional traffic police have identified and detained the driver of an electric bicycle, who hit a minor in the Oktyabrsky district of the city.

The incident occurred on Saturday, October 17, at about 19:10 on Velizhskaya Street. A 13-year-old teenager was crossing the road in the wrong place and was hit by electric vehicles.

the 22-year-old driver fled the scene, and the victim independently sought medical attention.

According to the traffic police, the culprit of the accident was found. He was a 22-year-old Indian citizen. Administrative material has been drawn up for the young man. According to preliminary information, the incident is classified under Article 12.18 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (failure to provide an advantage in movement to pedestrians).
