The 56-year-old woman in the early morning drove an electric scooter from the sidewalk to the road in the Moscow district.
At this point, a Ford Focus car was passing along the road, driving which was a 32-year-old man. The woman suffered injuries that required hospitalization.
All circumstances of the accident are established.
