In the Ivanovo region, users faced failures in the work of payment services

On October 12, residents of Ivanovo and other regions faced violations in the work of certain Yandex services. The most notable problems arose with payment functions: users reported difficulties in viewing the balance and transferring money.

According to local users, the Yandex Food service continued to work as usual, orders were delivered without serious delays. At the same time, the company warned of possible failures in the work of the support service, which could make it more difficult to get help quickly.

Later, some payment opportunities were restored: users again got the opportunity to replenish cards and make transfers. However, at the time of publication, the service remained limited.

Outages were also reported by residents of several other regions of Central Russia, including Tula, Voronezh, Bryansk, Kursk and Ryazan regions. At the same time, the degree of violations varied: some functions remained available, while others worked unstablely.
