In Kaluga, an angry friend beat a friend to death with a stool

The court sent materials of the case of a 63-year-old Kalugan, who is accused of murdering a friend.

The investigation found that in July of this year in the apartment on Bauman street in Kaluga between the man and his 52-year-old friend broke out a quarrel.

During the brawl, the Kalugan grabbed the stool and hit the victim seven times, who died from his injuries on the spot.

The man was charged under the article “On intentional causing death to another person”.

In case his guilt is proved, Kalugan faces up to 15 years in prison.
