In Kaspiysk check school after a broken leg of a fourth-grader

The Prosecutor’s office of Kaspiysk conducts a check on the fact of information about the trauma of a child in one of the educational organizations of the city.

According to preliminary data, on October 16 in the premises of the institution, a 10-year-old student of the fourth grade received a foot injury after falling as a result of the actions of another student. School staff did not take timely measures to call an ambulance.

After the mother took the child to a medical institution, the boy was diagnosed with a fracture. During the supervisory measures, compliance with the legislation on minors and ensuring safe conditions for children in school will be checked.

Following the audit, the issue of introducing acts of prosecutorial response will be considered.
