In Kerch, a driver with drug addiction was deprived of the right to manage transport

In Kerch, at the suit of the prosecutor's office, the court terminated the right to drive vehicles from a local resident suffering from drug addiction. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

As established by the check of compliance with the legislation on road safety, a man with a driver's license is on the dispensary register in connection with the use of drugs, which is a contraindication to driving. In this regard, the city prosecutor's office appealed to the court with a claim to terminate his driver's license.

The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor in full, and the actual execution of the decision is under the control of the supervisory authority.
