In Krasnodar confirmed the seizure of land in the Teberda National Park worth 98 million rubles

In Krasnodar, the Fourth Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction confirmed the legality of the seizure of land in the Teberda National Park in Karachay-Cherkessia. The court agreed with the decisions of lower instances, which decided to turn part of the land into state revenue.

According to the press service of the Fourth Court of Cassation, the deputy head of the administration of Zelenchuk district and the head of the Arkhyz rural settlement illegally seized a federal plot of 5.6 hectares worth about 98 million rubles. Ownership of land was issued on forged documents.

To legalize the property, the site was repeatedly divided, re-registered and sold to people associated with the defendants in the case. On the fact of violations opened a criminal case. At the same time, the prosecutor filed a civil lawsuit for the circulation of part of the land area of 0.36 hectares to the state.

The claim was considered by the Anapa district court at the place of residence of one of the defendants. The first instance satisfied the prosecutor's demands, and the appeal left the decision unchanged. The Court of Cassation agreed with the conclusions of lower instances and pointed to the inadmissibility of private ownership of lands of specially protected natural territories.

Recall that in Anapa will appeal the seizure of real estate in the former territory of the VDC “Smena”.
