In the Kursk region recovered from the airline 331 thousand rubles in favor of the former flight attendant

The Rylsky District Court partially satisfied the claim of the former flight attendant to PJSC UTair Airlines. The woman claimed compensation for unused extra leave and moral damage.

She worked in the company since January 2023, and in July 2025 she resigned at her own request. According to her, for the special nature of work, she was entitled to additional leave, which she did not use, and compensation for dismissal was not paid.

The defendant argued that the plaintiff allegedly abused the right for profit. But he did not provide evidence, as well as documents that the vacation was planned at all.

The court recovered from the company 229 thousand rubles for unused vacation days and another 102 thousand for delay in payments. Moral harm was reduced from 20 to 10 thousand rubles. The decision has not yet entered into force.
