In Kuznetsk opened a criminal case after a fight because of unlaid tiles in the cemetery

Kuznetsk police received information that a 39-year-old local resident (1985 year of birth) injured a 64-year-old pensioner during the quarrel. As it turned out during the inspection, the conflict broke out on the basis of unfulfilled work: the young man undertook to lay the tiles in the cemetery, but for a long time did not start the task. The elderly customer expressed dissatisfaction, and the verbal spat turned into assault. The suspect twice punched the opponent in the eye area and three times in the jaw.

On this fact, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kuznetsk opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of moderate severity of harm to health). The sanction of this article is punishable by up to three years of imprisonment. Investigative actions are being carried out in the case, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
