In Mari El, the alimony debtor hid in the sawmill
In the Medvedev district of Mari El bailiffs caught a malicious defaulter right at the workplace.

32-year-old man has accumulated a debt on alimony to his six-year-old daughter in the amount of 92 thousand rubles. Since he did not live at the address of registration, the bailiff decided to use an unusual move. Having requested the data to the traffic police, the inspector learned that the debtor has a valid driver's license. After interviewing local residents, the law officer found out that the man works in a village sawmill.
A sudden raid on the sawmill took the alimony worker by surprise. The bailiff handed him a decree on the temporary restriction of the right to drive. An administrative protocol was also drawn up for the man for non-payment of funds for the maintenance of the child. The inspector strictly warned the debtor that in the future he faces criminal liability.
Fearing the loss of rights and possible criminal record, the defaulter promised to urgently get an official job. Now alimony will be regularly withheld from his legal salary, the press service of the FSSP of Russia for the Republic of Mari El reports.
