In Mikhailovsk, a drunk driver abandoned the car and tried to run away from car inspectors

In Mikhailovsk, Shpakovsky district, traffic police officers detained a driver who tried to escape from the police. This was reported in the regional Department of traffic police.

The incident occurred the day before during a patrol. The inspectors tried to stop the Nissan vehicle, but the driver ignored the request and tried to drive away. During a brief pursuit, the man abandoned the car and tried to escape, but was detained.

When checking documents, auto inspectors noticed the driver’s external signs of intoxication. He was offered to undergo an examination on the spot with the help of a breathalyzer or in a medical institution. The man agreed. The check showed alcohol.

In relation to the violator, administrative material was drawn up for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication. He faces a fine of 45 thousand rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one and a half to two years.

In addition, for violation of the rules for installing registration plates and disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer against the driver, materials were collected and sent to the court. The car is placed in a specialized parking lot.
