In Mogilev, investigators find out the circumstances of the death of a worker on the territory of the enterprise. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee, writes sb.by.

According to the materials of the investigation, in the afternoon of October 14, two locksmiths-repairers on the instructions of the master of the shop conducted a measurement of the level of fuel in tanks on the territory of one of the city enterprises. At some point, one of the workers left for the necessary equipment, and when he returned, he saw a colleague lying unconscious next to the tanker and a staircase near him.

Doctors reported the death of a 57-year-old man. According to preliminary information, he fell from a height of about 3 meters.

An investigative team is currently working at the scene. The investigator, with the participation of a specialist of the GKSE department in the Mogilev region, conducts a detailed examination, records a trace picture, interviews eyewitnesses and officials. The withdrawal of technical documentation related to compliance with labor protection and safety rules continues.

The Mogilev Interdistrict Department of the Investigative Committee during the inspection will establish the causes and conditions that led to the death of the worker.
