In Moscow detained 20 teenagers for mass crime

Law enforcement officers detained 20 minors who were traveling on electric scooters and pit bikes on the highway on Leningradsky Prospect. This information was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.

As explained by the Wolf in his official Telegram channel, in the daytime on the Third transport ring, near the house number 20 on the street Begovoi, was recorded the case of moving a group of children on motor vehicles and electric scooters along the highway in the direction of Leningrad Avenue.

To prevent road accidents and prevent illegal actions, traffic police inspectors organized a special operation to identify violators. The representative of the department added that not far from the shopping and entertainment center Aviapark, all 20 minor participants in the incident were stopped and transferred to the police department for Khoroshevsky district.

In respect of violators, police officers issued nine administrative protocols under part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, as well as twenty similar documents under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation to the legal representatives of detained adolescents.
