In the Kalininsky district of Novosibirsk on the evening of October 17, a fatal accident occurred in which a pensioner died
The tragedy happened at 19:15 on Grebenshchikov Street. According to preliminary data of the State Traffic Inspectorate, the 47-year-old driver behind the wheel of the Jetour crossover was driving towards Tyulenin Street from Krause Street. At this point, the 69-year-old man decided to cross the road in the wrong place. The driver did not have time to brake and hit a pedestrian.
The victim received serious injuries and died in an ambulance during resuscitation.
At the scene of the accident, traffic police officers worked to clarify all the circumstances.
