According to the investigation, the Ostrovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs received operational information that the 65-year-old local resident illegally stores firearms and threatens them with neighbors. To check the information to the place of residence of the man arrived employees of the internal affairs bodies with the power support of the special unit of the internal troops.

The investigator, with the involvement of specialists of the GKSE management, conducted a detailed inspection, a trace picture was recorded, objects and objects were seized. Among the seized — a double-barreled smoothbore hunting rifle, ammunition, two items similar to homemade pistols, three cartridges for rifled weapons. A complex of expert studies was appointed for them.
