In Penza, the families of convicts dispute the circumstances of the rape of a 14-year-old girl

In Penza, three young people were found guilty in the case of rape of a 14-year-old schoolgirl. The court sentenced them to imprisonment for terms from 3.5 to 10 years. At the same time, the relatives of the convicts do not agree with the circumstances of the case, and the parents of one of them appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to conduct an inspection.

According to Mash, the story began in December 2024, when a 14-year-old girl was invited to a party with several young people.

Relatives of the convicts presented their version of what happened. According to them, the schoolgirl had an intimate relationship with a 19-year-old party participant, after which the owner of the apartment called her a taxi so she could return home.

The minor's parents later filed a rape complaint with the police.

As part of the criminal case, three young people were charged. Relatives of one of them claim that the third defendant that evening was not at the party.

In addition, the families of the convicts told Mash that they allegedly received offers to settle the situation for money. According to them, it was about the payment of one million rubles for each of the three defendants.

After investigation and trial, all three were found guilty. One of the men was sentenced to 10 years in prison, the second to eight years, the third to three years and six months.

However, the parents of one of the convicts did not agree with the verdict. They appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation with a request to check possible violations committed during the investigation and consideration of the case, as well as to raise the issue of its review in the Supreme Court.
