In the Pskov region summed up the results of the second stage of the anti-drug action

From September 21 to October 2, the region hosted the second stage of the all-Russian action “Communications where they trade in death”. Its main goal is not only the fight against drug trafficking, but also the involvement of residents themselves in this work.

Pskovici responded to the call: the police received 8 signals about illegal activities. Thanks to operational work and reports of citizens, 12 drug crimes and 10 administrative violations were solved. Almost 330 grams (329.79 g) of drugs and psychotropic substances were seized from illicit trafficking.

A separate blow was dealt to online distributors. The police identified 5 Internet sites advertising and selling prohibited substances, and passed the data to Roskomnadzor for their blocking.

Large-scale work was carried out in the field of prevention. Together with social activists and representatives of the authorities, police officers held more than a thousand (1154) meetings and lectures in educational institutions. More than 37,000 students and students participated.
