In the Russian city after a fatal accident with three cars opened a case

In Artem Primorsky Krai opened a criminal case after the accident, which killed two people. The tragedy occurred at the crossroads of Krasnoarmeyskaya and Maxim Gorky streets. This was reported in the MIA of Russia in the region.

According to police, 54-year-old driver of the Toyota Probox failed to control. The car went into the oncoming traffic lane. There, a foreign car collided with a Toyota Aqua and then crashed into a Toyota Corolla Rumion driven by a 53-year-old local resident.

From a strong impact, the third car was thrown into a ditch, after which it caught fire. As a result of the accident, a woman died at the scene. Two other victims were taken to hospital.

One of the hospitalized was in intensive care in an extremely serious condition. He could not be saved, he died. Thus, two people became victims of the accident.

Investigators opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 264 of the criminal code. This provision provides for liability for violation of traffic rules, which resulted in the death of a person through negligence. All circumstances of the incident are established.
