Employees of the Sevastopol State Traffic Inspectorate identified a Citroen car, the owner of which accumulated 57 unpaid fines

Employees of the traffic police of Sevastopol identified the car Citroen, whose owner accumulated 57 unpaid fines. This was reported in the press service of the regional MIA.
According to the agency, the database check showed that the 38-year-old owner of the car has 57 unpaid administrative fines in the amount of 42 thousand rubles.
The deadlines for voluntary payment have expired, so the materials were transferred to the Federal Bailiff Service. To the amount of fines, an executive fee of 102 thousand rubles was added.
In relation to the owner of a foreign car, the police made 54 administrative materials for evading the execution of administrative punishment. Instead of the initial 42 thousand rubles, the owner of Citroen will have to pay an additional 80 thousand rubles. In total, with the performance fee, the debt exceeded 228 thousand rubles.
For the compulsory collection of debts on the spot called representatives of the FSSP. The debtor’s car was seized and placed in a specialized parking lot.
Earlier it was reported that in October 2026, a resident of the city repaid 345,000 rubles of fines only after her KIA Carnival was arrested and placed in a special parking lot. Bailiffs opened 120 executive proceedings, seized bills and limited travel abroad, but the woman continued to evade – the money she found only after the seizure of the car.
In August 2026, another Sevastopol citizen accumulated 170 thousand rubles of debts on fines. Bailiffs initiated 134 enforcement proceedings, arrested his expensive Zeekr 001 and truck MAN 1932. During the raid, the Zeekr car was stopped, the owner did not get in touch, and the car was seized - in the near future it was to be sold at auction.
