The court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district and terminated the right of 53-year-old Sevastopol to manage transport until recovery

The court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district and terminated the right of 53-year-old Sevastopol to manage transport until recovery. The man is registered with a psychiatrist, the press service of the city prosecutor's office reported.
During the inspection, prosecutors compared information about people who are contraindicated to drive vehicles for medical reasons with data about the owners of driving licenses.
The inspection showed that the 53-year-old resident of the district has a driving license, although he is registered with a psychiatrist due to a mental disorder.
The prosecutor’s office noted that this may threaten the safety of road users and is a medical contraindication to driving.
The prosecutor's office sent an administrative lawsuit to the court to terminate the man's right to drive transport until recovery. The court granted the prosecutor's demands.
