In Sudak, the employer was fined for systematic delays in wages

In Sudak, the prosecutor’s office brought to administrative responsibility the employer, who delayed the payment of salaries to employees. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

As established by the audit of the implementation of labor legislation, the organization registered in Moscow, systematically violated the terms of payment of wages to seven workers at a construction site in the village of Grushevka, while interest for each day of delay was not charged.

As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, debts to employees were repaid in full. In addition, by the decision of the prosecutor, the employer was brought to administrative responsibility under part 6 of article 5.27 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation and imposed a fine.
