In the Surazh district of the drunk brants without rights deprived of a motorcycle

In the village of Ovchinets, Surazh district, traffic police officers stopped a 49-year-old man driving a Minsk motorcycle. The check showed that the driver was in a state of alcoholic intoxication and did not have the right to drive.
